Introducing the nitrogen regulator hvac, also known as the CGA580 regulator. This durable brass piston diaphragm nitrogen regulator is designed for a variety of applications, including brazing, soldering, welding, purging, and pressure testing air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It is also suitable for filling shock absorbers and many other uses. The delivery pressure range of this regulator is 0-600PSI.

The nitrogen regulator is essential for reducing highly pressurized gas or liquid from the tank into a more usable form. Without it, the flow of liquid from the pressurized tank would be uncontrollable, resulting in a sudden release of high-pressure liquid. The regulator features a CGA580 inlet connection and a 1/4 inch male flare outlet connection. It is equipped with a self-reseating relief valve (not designed to protect downstream systems) and a 2-inch gauge with a range of 0-4000 PSI. The large brass Tee Handle with stainless steel pressure adjusting screw and regulator bushing ensures smooth and accurate delivery pressure adjustment. The maximum inlet pressure is 3,000psi.
