80 Cu Ft Welding Gas Cylinder Tank

All HP cylinders are stamped with a 10-year hydrotest date and are currently within 2 years of that date. These cylinders are compliant with DOT and/or ISO regulations, as evidenced by the DOT number stamped on the tank. The valve on the cylinder is rated for a safety pressure of 3,360 psi. The manufacturer's specifications for the cylinder are as follows: it is a steel high-pressure gas cylinder with a capacity of 80 cu/ft, a working pressure of 3AA2015, a test pressure of 3360, a diameter of 7-1/4", a length of 32-1/2", and a weight of 35 lbs.

If you own the cylinders, it is recommended that you contact your local gas supplier(s) to ensure they have a policy for refilling customer-owned cylinders. Due to transportation regulations set by DOT, we are unable to accept returns on full or empty cylinders. When interpreting the stamped markings on the cylinders, the hydrotest date can be identified as the number preceding the " + * " markings, while the service pressure can be identified as the number preceding the "SPUN" marking. Moreover, it is important to be aware that a signature is required upon delivery for all full cylinders. Finally, our shipping service is limited to the Continental US (Lower 48 States).
