Suitable for any grass type, Scotts® Green Max™ Lawn Food can be applied in the spring, summer, or fall. For optimal application, it is recommended to use a Scotts® spreader. When using a Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreader, set it to 3 ¾ for the recommended rate or 3 ¼ for the regular rate. For Scotts® drop spreaders, set it to 7 ½ for the recommended rate or 7 for the regular rate. Lightly water the lawn after application for faster results.
